ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, thank you for writing HCM.

Ear pain, Ear block and echo perception will occur due to middle ear fluid accumulation and infection (minor).

The prognosis period this type of condition will be from 10-30 days, depending upon the nature of the problem. I advise you to consult an ENT Specialist and followup, and be patience. In case if you find your hearing ability lower then please take up an appointment for audiological testings.

Thank you.
