Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ear pain caused by an ear pimple which is due to recurrent ear infection. It could be due to otitis media. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine by otoscopic to check level of infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin or penicillin at least for 10 days along with decongestant and anti inflammatory. Taking steam several times a day will also help a lot.
