Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain

I went to a concert Saturday night. I woke up Sunday morning with my ear
throbbing. I thought it would go away but It's been almost 24 hours and it has
yet to stop. I can hear out of it but it is muffled, like when you have a cold
and your ears are stopped up. It feels as if a thousand needles are being shoved
into my ear at one time. It is my inner ear. When I looked up about busted
eardrums, Seeing as I assumed it was this, Websites told me that there would be
blood. Well there is no blood what so ever unless if it inside and I can't see
it. It look perfectly normal outside. It is just my left ear. Any idea what it
is? Will it just go away? Or Should I go to a doctor.
