Early in the morning, people often complain of laziness, lethargy or have difficulty getting out of bed. This could be due to faulty diet and lifestyle practices. Do you sleep late at night? If you are not getting adequate sleep at night, then you will definitely feel lazy or weak. Lack of sound sleep or disturbed sleep at night leaves a person drained physically in the morning. If sleep is the main reason behind your laziness, then you must adopt good sleep practices like sleeping at a regular time, avoiding watching TV late in the night, take a warm water bath before going to sleep to relax body. Pray or meditate for some time before you doze off. Eat a healthy well balanced diet consisting of whole grain cereals and avoid refined maida products, fried foods etc. Have a cup of warm milk before going to bed as it promotes good sleep and avoid sleeping for long hours during the day. You can take a half an hour nap in the afternoon if you want as it will refresh you. Only when you eat your meals at regular intervals, have a good breakfast and sleep well at night, you can feel refreshed and energetic in the morning. See where you are going wrong and try to make changes in your diet and lifestyle. I hope I have answered your query satisfactorily and hope this information will help you discover the real problem and improve your life. If you have any more questions, you can ask me again, I will be glad to help you.
