Suggest Treatment For Eating Disorder With Stomach Pain

i have an eating disorder.. i dont like to eat because everytime i do i feel sick all the time... i eat maybe once or twice a day which one meal is a bowl of cereal. some meals i dont finish my meals fully because the pain hurts so much. the pain is in my stomach and it last for atleast 30mins. this problem has been on going for 2 and half years.

Thanks you for your mail.Have you consulted any physician in last two years for the pain you are encountering?Is any particular type of food increases the problem?If you are physically and mentally fit then I would like to explore your illness history for 2 and half years back.Have you ever had any bad experience related with food?Ever have thoughts that food is not hygenic and it can make you sick?etc.For proper solution of the problem I need more information such as your age,height,weight ,routine etc.
Meanwhile,start eating nutritious food in every two hours but in small quantity you can have foods such as almonds,eggs,milk,curd,fruits etc. Don't avoid food because of pain if you are physically fit.
