first of all, you need to take a deep breath as you don't have any sexually transmitted disease.
sir, you have a problem of eczema. eczema is an allergic condition which is not sexually transmitted. it is caused because of skin not able to retain moisture and hydration.
it can be treated by topical emollients like white soft paraffin. also depending upon severity of eczema, topical corticosteroids can be applied.
the dryness in your throat and uncomfortablility is due to your over thinking and over concern for your body and sexual behavior. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist to evaluate if you need to be put on anti-anxiety medications.
