Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
I can understand your concern for the eczema since quite a long period of time. As per the description you have provided it appears to be related to atopic dermatitis which is still causing the problem. The most important part of your treatment is avoidance of the main implicating factors.
In my patients I suggest them to avoid extreme of temperature and environmental changes. I also suggest my patients to wear cotton clothes and not to wear a synthetic cloth. The mainstay of treatment is emollient with antihistamine tablets.
All the best.
