I feel my husband has elevated sugars.He refuses to go to the doctor.He drinks copious amounts of fluids,yet says I complained before because he never drank enough .He urinates a lot and large amounts,but he says he drinks a lot of water.He does not drink or smoke and is at a healthy weight although he has lost weight because he said he is trying.I bought a blood monitoring machine.He will not use it.Is he afraid?Also. I notice if there is dried urine around the floor of the toilet that it is black and sticky
Hello, The most important thing is to know whether diabetes is present or not. You must get his fasting and PP blood sugar estimation done. If there is diabetes,then he has to be properly treated by anti diabetic medications,observing dietary control and doing regular aerobic exercises. You have to persuade your husband for investigations. Thanks
