Suggest Treatment For Elongated Sebaceous Glands

My 17 year old daughter has an elongated sebacious gland or aerola gland on her aerola. She just had her period last week and is not sexually active or on birth control. She says it has been that way for several months but two days ago it formed a bubble on the tip of it and she squeezed a clear liquid out of it. Do I need to take her in to get her checked or can I wait and see where it goes from here?
