Suggest Treatment For Endometrial Hyperplasia And Hyperthyroidism
I have just been told that I have endometrial hyperlasia, an ovarian cyst and I am hyperthyroid, after years of being hypothyroid. 12 years ago I had much of my cervix removed due to cancer. I am 44 years old. What tests should I look forward to and what treatment options are available for this combination of conditions?
noted history of endometrial hyperplasia, ovarian cyst and hyperthyroidism. it is best if you consult with a gynecologist and an endocrinologist regarding your concerns. with regards to your endometrial hyperplasia and ovarian cyst, monitoring by doing ultrasonography and a regular follow-up with your gynecologist is best. with regards to your hyperthyroidism, physical examination and clinical evaluation of your endocrinologist is best. a neck ultrasound may also be requested for additional evaluation of your thyroid gland along with thyroid functions tests. management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
