Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis Hyperplasia And Heavy Bleeding

Dear Doctor,

I am D.SASIKALA of 39 years age. I have been identified as having endometriosis hyperplasia and also having heavy bleeding. Hence, I have been given PRIMULOT Nor 10 mg for last 20 days.

My allopathic has suggested to do D&C and Merina IUD during course of next week.

I want your advise regarding the following :

- Can I proceed with D&C and Merina IUD ?

- Side effects of Merina IUD ?

- Is there any ayurvedic treatment for endometriosis hyperplasia ?

- I am also taking Ayurvedic medicine Pathyaksha Dhatryadi ?

- Where I will get best Doctor in INDIA, preferably southern states
