Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

hi, im 21 years old and i was diagnosed with large ovarian cysts on both ovaries (endometriosis) and a fiberoid. i was prescribed femilon(continous with no gap), later i got 3 shots of luprolide which decreased my ovarian cyst size considerably. however, my doc still suggested a surgery which i didnt prefer so i went to an ayurvedic doctor. she prescribed kanchnar guggul, fibroid tablet and M2 tone syup(its been a month of use right now) for 3 months. im still taking femilon. how effective will these treatments be, how long should i continue femilon?

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Endometriosis treatment is mainly hormonal only , and in selected cases
where it is refractory to medicines , surgery is better option .

* Duration of the continuity of medicines , depend upon the clinical
improvement along with size reduction of cysts in follow up USG .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Regards .
