Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Heart On One Side And High Ammonia Levels

I got my blood leels last month and a call from my doctor telling me that my ammonia was extremmely high like 425, and my heart was enlarged on one side. I think she meant the side that pumps blood away from my heart. When I look at the levels it seems like I have kidney damage. I m being treated for neorapthy and one doc check sugar high last year but dont understan all. Can you understand anythink I have put in this message? I have severe pain in my joints but there is nothing targeting this pain, only gabapentin. Thanks Tammie

Cardiologist 's  Response
i think u have uncontrolled diabetes and have developed complications of raised sugar. your kidneys must have god damaged bcoz of diabetes( its called diabitic nephropathy), heart has got dilated( dilated cardiomyopathy). Ammonia is a result of protein intake that is not detoxified by your liver as it will be damaged because of congestion. ( liver is congested because heart is not pumping blood forward, and there is a backward congestion). u will require adequate sugar control and consultation with a cardiologist.
