My problem regards menstural problem. I have a history of irregular bleeding. But none too serious as the one I had when I was 14 years old. I bled for 37 days continuously, and in a heavy amount. I used 8 maxi pads in a day! My haemoglobin count had gone down to 4.5 After all these years, the same is happening. Today is my 11th day and I am still bleeding. I bleed chunks along with fluid blood. Blood test shows no other problem then my haemoglobin count which is 10 right now. Neutrophils have gone up and lymbhocyte is below the normal margin. Rbc is 3.5 million per cubic millimeters. USG shows no other defect than enlarged lymph node. What is wrong with me? Why don t I stop bleeding in day 5 like normal people?
