Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Pancreas

hi there yesterday i did ultra sound of my full abdomen and they found my pancreas is bulky and heterogeneous in echotexture. Is this a serious matter ? and i am not very satisfy with my doctor he never say what to eat and what not. would you please reply me abt what to do?

Dear: you need an evaluation with abdominal ultrasound to find out if the liver and spleen are enlarged too. Pancreatitis can produce pancreas inflammation .
