Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Scrotum

anybody online? to help me with answers?

I am 27 year old.. Height 163cm and weight of around 63kilo.. I feel like i am having hydrocele.. my left side scrotum looks enlarged... can we deal this with medicines/? Or do we need to cure this by surgery?
Also, surfing internet tells me that we can do some needle treatment to cure this gradually.. please help me with details.

Thanks for query,
You have enlarged scrotum on Lt side which you think it to be due to Hydrocele,

Get it confirmed by examination by a qualified General Surgeon.

If confirmed get it operated .There are no medicines that can cure hydrocele Neither needle puncture and aspiration will help to resolve it completely and chances off reccumulating fluid are very high .
