Suggest Treatment For Epididymal Cyst And Varicocele In Testicle

I have been diagnosed with epididymal cyst and varicocele. The cyst on the right testicle is about the size of the testicle and appeared to have grown from the size of a pea head to this size in about 3 months. The varicocele appeared only within the past month.

I am thinking of having surgical treatment for them. They pain on and off.

Hi.
The symptomatic Varicocele and epididymal cyst should be operated to relieve the pain and to avoid further complication. This may be a secondary hydrocele as this has increased within just 3 months.
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination can help to have a prior diagnosis and facilitate in decision making.
