Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy In A 5 Years Old Child

Hi I have a 5 year old boy who has epilepsy and has been taking Keppra and Epilim for about 2 years. He gets tired a lot during the day, not much stamina, and this is causing problems at school. He is also moody and irritable. Is B6 supplement a good idea to combat this?
