I FEEL HEADACHE (SEVERE HEADACHE) NOT DAILY BUT TWICE OR THRICE IN 15 DAYS.MAY BE IT IS MIGRAINE.IT STARTS FROM BACK OG MY NECK THEN TOWARDS OCCIPITAL HEAD AND FRONTAL HEAD THEN AROUND EYES,I FEEL LIKE NAUSEA OR VOMITING.THAT TIME I JUST WANT TO KEEP MYSELF ALONE IN DARK.AND PAIN NEVER SUSIDES TILL I DIDNT TAKE ANF PAIN KILLEY LIKE NICIP PLUS.PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT MEDIAINE SHOULD I TAKE FOR THIS WITH MINIMUM SIDE EFFECT.
