I am 40 years old having married and 4 kids but my problem is that my penis is curved down and having sometime poblems during intercouse. Secondly my testicle are very smal.

You need to consult an Urologist for confirmation, investigations and proper medicam and/ or surgical treatment.
He will also see for the small testicles and opine accordingly.
Since you are married and have 4 children I do not think of any testicular problems.
