i am 60 years old with great urge for sexual activity with my wife. she is overweight and not interested in sex before one month . i want on weekly basis. further i have erectile dysfaction for the last 2 years as i take blood pressure pills as i have settled CVD with medication.

Decreased blood flow in the penis,
Hormonal imbalance
Medication

Erectile dysfunction in elderly male can be managed by medications such as Viagra,
These medications increase the blood flow to the penis.
There are other devices like vibrators which improve the innervation in the penis by constant stimulation it can be tried
