I am from india.i am 24 year suffering from ed from last one year. I have go through penile doppler thrice.I have penile doppler test in july 2016and the psv value after 20 min is 38cm/s and the edv is zero and inner caversonal dia is .15mm and after injection is .70mm and it is normal.then after showing reports to doct they advised me tadalafill 10mg and to do masTurbate after taking the tadalafill.while masturbatinh on 3rd day i got pain in my penis and it is on the middle of the shaft of penis at thumb point.i have visited the doctor have and they gave me polycovit,mynubin-p and zanocin 300,trental 400mg..and i also masturabte 4 times in week and pain continues.then again i have go through this test in nov the value of psv is 25 cm/s and edv is zero but inner caversonal dia change pre injection .4mm and after injection 1mm .and only 60% dia inc after injection and third time i go for it again.penile doppler the value are normal 25cm/s and edv is zero and the inner dia is .6mm and after injection 1.2mm.means only 50% inc Caversonal dia .i have read that inc in caversonal dia after injection is 75% which is normal but my caversonal dia decrease in all three test.i have pain in penis at the thumb point in middle of the shaft while masturbation .and the pain occured after masturbation.my penis is also HARD FLACCID.the pain is continue from last seven months .now i masturbate only once in week.is masturbation effect corpora caversona or corpus spongiosum. there any sign of arterial insufficiency? I have no diabetes, no cholesterol, non smoker. I want to know that why the flow is too less?i need your help
