Am 33 now and I did a lot of mastrubation in my early to mid and later 20s and later i realized that am no more getting any sort of erections and am dripping simen with straining to urinate.... now after 5 years am married and still unable to acheive any erection or getting stimulated.... could any one please suggest me what I should be doing now to becose my biggest concern right now is to have kids.........
