Suggest Treatment For Esophageal Flutters

I have been having esophageal flutters about from my thyroid to right above my collar bone. It will last for a few days without stopping a few times a year. I have no other problems that I know of. I had my thyroid checked 4is years ago... could this be why?

Hi ,
before starting my suggestion I wanted to know are you a diabetic ,hypertensive or obese .
Because if any of the above risk factors you have then you need to take this symptom a bit serious ,.go to a cardiologist get an ECG and 2d echo make sure there is no abnormality .
IF the investigation s are normal then you need to consider GERD ,that is what you are suffering from.
So for GERD avoid spicy and oily food as for as possible ,regular walking in morning and evening,less of stress ,avoid going to sleep immediately after dinner atkeast give a gap of 1 hour , with all the above life and diet modifications consider to take an antacid for atleast 2 to 3 weeks ,you wil definitely see improvement in your symptoms.
