ive been previously diagnosed with Eustachian tube dysfunction in the left ear. they told me there is nothing they can do. the pain is at about a 9 and it travels to my adenoid up a bone in my head and down my neck. ive read online this could be due to a tumor or mass. is this true? what do you think I should do nothing helps the pain
