Hello,
You are suggested to stay calm at such times and try to relax. To prevent
heartburn, take antacids or PPIs, one when required. Avoid taking oily, spicy food. Take food that is easily digestible. Take sips of water throughout the day to help yourself stay cool. Get connected to a psychotherapist,
talk therapy, CBC-cognitive behavior therapy, and
counselling by trained professionals will help you to relax.
Get clinically examined by a
psychiatrist to diagnose any long-term
depression or PTSD that is causing you symptoms. You may need antidepressants or benzodiazepines. Do not take medicines on your own. Get clinically assessed and get medicines prescribed by your local doctor.
Consume more of leafy green vegetables, eggs, seafood and poultry as they are rich in vitamin B. Take bananas, milk, oats, turkey, chicken, etc. Do regular exercises and make new friends. Take quality sleep at night. Stay away from anything that causes you discomfort or fear. >Get also connected to a physical therapist. Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
