Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain excessive water discharge from nose without any other apparent symptoms can be most commonly due to a condition known as "Vasomotor Rhinitis"

Other causes that are commonly seen are due to allergies causing Allergic Rhinitis..

Sinus infection or sinusitis, deviated nasal septum, nasal or sinus polyp, snorting drugs etc can also be a cause..
In case if you have any recent history of trauma it can be due to CSF leakage..

As it is already 5 months you should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Blood tests, Nasal endoscopy, MRI or CT Scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done according to the cause..

In case of Vasomotor rhinitis decongestant nasal sprays like Xylometazoline can help..
Anti allergics like Levocetrizine can also be advised..

In case of sinus infection a course of antibiotics along with anti allergics and decongestant sprays can be relieving..

In case of CSF leakage proper rest, avoiding coughing, laughing, straining during bowels, sneezing is advised..
Diuretics can be relieving..
In case if it does not improve surgical correction of hole in the base of skull by putting a graft can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
