I m told that drinking water is basically the go to answer for a lot of skin problems and even losing weight. Although I drink plenty of water(about a gallon a day) I don t think this claim has that much weight behind it, what about vitamins, minerals, etc? My skin is still dry and I still cramp up during workouts. I also still suffer from dry feet too. I m a 5 10 male, caucasian/latino, 250 lbs, 26% bf
