Anal pain with gases before and after passing stools along with bleeding indicate that you have a problem with intestinal infection, most probably colitis. It can be diagnosed by the following: -Consult your doctor for clinical evaluation and examination. -Stool tests to know the possible cause. -Tests of blood. -Ultrasonography of the abdomen. -A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, and probiotics can help to solve the issue. If not, it is better to consult a gastroenterologist for further investigations such as colonoscopy, CT scan of the abdomen, specific blood tests and so on for getting a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done. -Avoid instigating foods and beverages.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
