Suggest Treatment For Excessive Pain In The Knee

I had a double knee replacement in 2009. My left knee has never been right. I was told I had to lose weight so I has bariatric surgery so I could get off the walker. I have lost 85 lbs since December 2013. I am doing water exercise 3 times a week for 1 1/2 hrs each time. It was doing well then I did something not for sure but maybe I twisted it a little. Now I am back to square one horrible pain on both sides of my knee and runs up the out side of the left thigh. Frustated

Hi,Welcome to HCM. It is common problem with the patients who got there knee replacement.frustrations are common.My advise is that you consult the surgeon who done replacement because he known best about your knee.
