Noted your history of therapy thrice weekly, easy and excessive sweating and breathing difficulty. It seems that the basic problem lies into obesity as it increases sweating. Another reasons for your problems can be due to one of the following: Thyroid problems. Asthma or so. Hormonal imbalance. Hence I would advise you the following: First of all, consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and thus investigated fully to know the cause. Reduce weight. Hormonal correction if need be. Diet control. Avoid hot and humid atmosphere and sudden changes in temperature zones. Control of stress and anxiety is very important.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
