Hi im a student. I hav sweating problem on my hand palm and leg . I cant even shake hands with my friends I nevr go to touch any one. And even I get much dificult in writing exam ... no proper slipper I can wore it get slipping while walking. .. so give me some medicine I have this problem from childhood :-(
Hi. palmoplantar hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating from palm and sole) is very common and very troublesome. Fortunately, many treatment options are available. Botulinum toxin injections into palm and sole can given relief upto 6 months. However, its costly and injections are painful. And it needs to be repeated every 6 months or so. Another option is iontophoresis. This is an office based procedure. It is modestly effective after couple of sessions. You may apply aluminium chlorohydrate lotion (aldry, keepdry). It needs to be applied daily at night initially and then reduce to once/ twice per week once you get benefit. Hope it answers your queries
