hi,this is sansara h ere,my brother is almost 22,he is disable frm the birth ,cant sp speak and walk,his leg was is not norm al at the time of birth,his when he ate food comes out of nose at child age,but after operation it was ok,is there any therapy or cure

I'm not getting the question. If the food isn't going out wrong is there a problem? Not sure what therapy and care there is specifically you are asking for. A common cause of childhood neurological developmental problems is cerebral palsy and there is not a cure nor all that much improvement after childhood.
