Hello, I noticed a mutant eyelash growing out of some weird place on my eyelid and all around my eyelid. Does anyone know what causes this, and if it can be prevented?

it is possible one can say mutant or developmental anomaly. no known drug can prevent it. appellation can be done. laser application may be able to destroy the root. cause and prevention not known, you may cosult genetic experts.
