Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. There are many causes of lethargy and tiredness like anemia, hypothyroidism, vitamin D deficiency, vitamin B deficiency, or chronic fatigue syndrome.
All these can be diagnosed from blood investigations.
Malignancy or cancer is not very likely, if you have no other specific symptoms other than tiredness and lethargy.Cancer can be detected by proper examination and and appropriate investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
