Suggest Treatment For Extreme Vaginal Dryness
Since going to just Herceptin I am having extreme vaginal dryness. I ve started using Replens at the suggestion of my surgeon after a double mastectomy lymph node removal. I ve noticed brown spots when I wipe after urinating, I ve had a hysterectomy so I have no plumbing to speak of. Do you know what it could be?

Hello,
It is quite common with Herceptin treatment. You can try estrogen creams for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
