Suggest Treatment For Eye Infection Due To Micro Organism

last thursday my left eye got a micro organism and hurt my eyes.. i went to the doctor last saturday and he advice me to buy a tobramycin dexamethasone 2 drops 3x a day. i take it sat. night and until now i do the doctors advice 2 drops.. but nothing happened my eyes is hurting, i cannot open it.. thank you..

Any foreign body(FB) in the eye has to be removed under slit lamp by the ophthalmologist. Until that FB is removed you can't get relief from pain.They can only prevent infection by the FB. Kindly try everting lid and if big can be removed with a sterile bud or consult ophthalmologist for removal.
