Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your 3 weeks old is having eye infection with discharge. This can be because of conjunctivitis or because of congenital dacryocystitis.
Both require treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops. Congenital dacryocystitis requires lacrimal sac massaging, probing to open the blocked nasolacrimal duct in addition to the use of antibiotics.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
