Suggest Treatment For Eye Injury And Blurred Vision

Good day doctor,

I am mailing this on behalf of my friend who is at present sailing in a ship . He accidently happened to hit his eye with a hard object while working onboard engine room in ship which has resulted in swelling of the white part of the eye. Small reddish colourisation is also visible around. But other than these there is no symptoms like blurred vision or acute pain. Please advice if it is all right and if there is anything seriously to worry about. He will not be able to consult a Opthalmologist atlesast for another one week after which his ship will reach a port. SO till then , please advice some natural medication he can carry out by himself onboard for the inflamtion to subside. Thank you so much for your valuable time and adive.

Kind regards,

Ajith.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
From history , it suggests plain SUB CONJUNCTIVAL HEMORRHAGE only... Which resolves by itself as such but after 2-3weeks... So no medications required. Jus try to check visual acuity..
Is it same or decreased to rule out any internal damage...
