Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These are involuntary muscles around her eyes and mouth contracting. There will not be a problem once the child is assessed by a doctor.

You remain assured as there will not be a problem apart from the little embarrassment it causes.

Rarely these can be a trouble in terms of getting more complicated. So, you must take her to a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prafulla Srinivas
