Hello Doctor, I m 24yrs male and staying in Bangalore. I m facing pimples problems on the face and more on nose region. My skin is oily and I spend 9-10hrs per day in AC at office. Apart from this, my skin tone is getting darker and uneven skin pattern throughout the body, I tried few dermatologists and found no results hence gave up. I need a pimple, scar, blemishes free face and even skin tone plus fair complexion, atleast my natural tone. Please suggest me what I have to do and what treatement I can get here in Bangalore. Regards, Charan YYYY@YYYY
As per your query you have facial pimples which occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day, exfoliate your face once a week. drink 5-6 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide-containing gel over the acne. Avoid any steroid based cream. You should apply aloe vera gel. If symptoms keep on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-abrasion and chemical peeling. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
