Suggest Treatment For Fainting While Suffering From Hypothyroidism
Hi there, I have a question about hypothyroidism, hypotension and actually passing out. I pass out regularly I am fatigued so regularly even on 100mg of levenothyroixne. I would love to sleep sometimes but get bouts of not sleeping. I have lost jobs because of it and when its bad I can barely move from my bed without passing out. In some cases it has lead me to a hospital visit. I worry when it s bad as I have had accidents because of this. Plus I have the worst co-ordination ever. When I get this I get rather confused and dis-orientated. I also worry about the financial aspect as I can t seem to keep a job because of this. Its been suggested I try for DLA. My question is what would you suggest I do? I can t seem to get it under control for any length of time to keep a job down. But I can t keep living my life like this.
Hi thanks for using healthcaremagic.... I don't think that the present problems are due to thyroxine. You have to get a proper a neurological evaluation including. An investigation called EEG will be ideal to exclude seizure episodes.Your signs and symptoms are more in favour of seizure episodes. Hence kindly get a Neuro evaluation at the earliest ... thank you....
