Hello Mr Patil,
From your blood tests it seems that Telma 20 was started for you because of the microalbumin level in your urine. This medicine is a Antihypertensive which brings down your BP and also protects the kidney and reverses the leaking of protein in your urine (microalbumin). Do you feel any symptoms of low BP like giddiness or weakness? If not then your BP is nothing to worry about and Telma 20 will only do you more benefit than harm. However if you feel any of the symptoms disturbing you then there is need to reconsider the use of Telma 20 for microalbumin. Till then try having more water intake. Do visit your physician who will review the use of Telma.
Regards
