im 5'7 140 lbs 26 years old medium frame and i have a huge rib cage and can't seem to get rid of the top fat on it. it sticks out and makes my body look weird what can i do to eliminate the fat on my belly and on top. When i sit theres a roll of fat the squshes down on my belly dose this mean there more belly fat and i need to eliminate more fat and diet more. but when i get my weight down to 135 i look anorexic face, arms and leggs are so thin! But can't seem to get my stomach to match cause of my large rib cage
Hello and thanks for your question. The best way to lose belly fat is to cut down on carbohydrates in your diet and to exercise. Carbohydrates are sweets and starches such as bread, pasta, potatoes and rice. If you will focus on eating fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein then the belly fat will leave. You also need to be exercising every day for at least 30 minutes. Good luck
