Hi there... See first of all how can u see its hypoglycemia without even doing a sugar test... Hypoglycemia is said wen blood sugar is less thAn 55mg/dl with symptoms like sweating palpitation tremors or sometimes if severe may lead to unconsciousness or convulsions.. But usually it occurs in diabetic patients on medications.. I think ur symptoms are mainly due to distubed sleep cycle.. Though get ur blood sugar and hemoglobin level checked.. Take care..

Hi welcome to HCM
I have gone thru your query regarding fatigue in a person with hypoglycemia .
It is a matter of concern . You have not mentioned your age and whether you had diabetes or any trouble in the past and you have used any medication ?
And when you have not got checked you can't say that you are suffering from this and that .
Dear, If I were your doctor I would have suggested you that there are some reasons for every happening and you should observe your life style and food habits and removing the cause will help you to be normal .

The greatest mistake you have committed is that you have n't got yourself checked in about 5 years.
,Firstly, visit your doctor, get your self checked thoroughly ,to ascertain the cause of your sufferings .

Malnutrition – not enough nutrients are consumed for your body to function properly , heavy drinking of alcohol, Addison's disease

Lack of proper sleep , lack of nutrition indigestion , Side effects of Medications like quinine (for malaria), salicylates (for rheumatic disease) and propranolol (for high blood pressure) and severe illnesses affecting the liver, kidneys or thyroid gland also can cause you present symptoms . .

Meanwhile , relax properly -lie down with closed eyes . Take lemon juice in a glass of water , a pinch of salt and black pepper , sweetened with honey 2 - 3 times a day will give you instant energy ,

To avoid anxiety and stress due to acute chronic distress such as indigestion , include balanced diet -fiber vitamins, minerals in natural form and antioxidants as turmeric powder , Aloe vera juice ,Amla, ginger, garlic to balance your air factor in your body & having essential nutrients and regular physical activity- for proper blood circulation , pranayam -deep breathing ,Yoga, Meditation , proper rest , sound sleep , sufficient hydration will help you remove your present symptoms .

Hope this helps solve your query Take care All the best
