Diffuse Fatty infiltration of liver The liver is normal in size and shows increased echogenicity suggestive of diffuse fatty infiltration Rt lobe liver span 12.5 cms No focal lesions is seen The intra hepati biliary radicles are not dilated .the portal vein measures 12 mm Kidney spleen normal no abnormality. Any medicine or further investigation required pl suggest
