Hello

Fatty liver is a reversible condition.
It may be due to many causes like obesity, sedentary life, alcoholism, hepatitis etc.
You may need clinical correlation and few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, lipid profile.
You may need to change diet and life style.
You should avoid fried and fatty food.
Take lot of fibers and go for brisk walk regularly.
You may need to take few medicines after evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
