Suggest Treatment For Fecal Matter Infection To My Testicles

I recently became severly infected in my testcles, was given an antibiotic one testicle was swolen to the size of a tennis ball and a bit larger. I was told the infection was caused by fecal matter.its been several weeks and I haven;been able to ejaculate since the infection?

Hi.
Since you have been told and you accept that the infection of the testicles, it means you may have other attendant infections too.
It is good that you are already under antibiotic treatment.

I would suggest you the following:::
Get the blood tests - CBC, STD panel,
Urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and abdomen for genioto-urinary system , lymph nodes and other structures.
Physical examination is an important part of the diagnosis.
Consult an Urologist or General Surgeon.

Get started with another course of an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Drink plenty of oral fluids to flush the system.
Scrotal support .

As for ejaculation- this will be normal the moment you are out of the trouble. Please discuss this with your Urologist.
