It doesn t hurt it s just there I sometimes feel it and sometimes don t but then I do feel it mostly everyday and it moves up and down like if it wants to come out I went to the dr recently and they said my lymph nodes were swollen but my main concern is the ball sensation in my throat
Hi. This is called Globus Pharyngis id the endoscopy shows no actual lump in the Pharynx.Get one done. This can be a Psycho-somatic disorder and an ENT surgeon on endoscopy can tell if there is Lymphoid Hyperplasia or a real lump due to Cancer or a Polyp or so. If the endoscopy is negative from any swelling , you need to consult the Psychiatrist for Psychological evaluation and treatment as you will feel this every-time you have stress or anxiety. If there is a lump- treatment will be as per the diagnosis,; you also have lymph nodes for which you need a treatment .
