Suggest Treatment For Fever And Diarrhea

My daughter was dx with RSV last month. She was put on breathing treatments and she got better. This past fri/sat night shes had fever and has been sleeping a lot more than usual and had had diarrhea. She s still drinking fluids and is eating a little. Should I be concerned again?

It is mostly due to some gastric infection for which you can give her some antibiotic preferably oflox-oz or zifi-oz after an expert opinion along with syrup meftal-plus or cyclopam for fever and lethargy. Maintain her hydration by giving plenty of oral fluids or lemon juice or ORS.
